Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the United States is an actress. She is well-known for her soap opera performances as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). On the HBO drama True Blood, she played her character Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. Her first teaching job was in Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. She was married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin love and moved to Thompsons Station in 1998. Bethesda Elementary was where she began her first teaching in the fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, as well as 2001, she completed her masters of instruction in Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to teach. In 2000, the couple welcomed their first child, Baylor. Ashley has focused her energy for the past 15 years on the wellbeing of children in her congregation and community. Ashley has worked as a teacher and leader at Thompson Station Church's Preschool as well as Students Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley homeschooled her three children for 3 years while she was away at her home. In their time of homeschooling, they attended a family school class where Ashley also taught History up to the 1st Grade. She enjoyed being at home with her kids and was a great teacher her children. But, God made it clear that the time was right for their family to return fully-time. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas Eliza, and Cruz attend GCA. Baylor is a GCA student who plays baseball. He is a student at UT-Martin. Callan is also a GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting, and cheering each other in sports.
